No. The code encodes your content directly — there is no redirect or tracking link in between — so it works forever and never depends on our servers.

PNG or SVG — which should I use?

Use PNG for screens and quick prints. Use SVG for anything large or professionally printed (posters, packaging, signage) because it stays sharp at any size.

Will a logo stop it from scanning?

Not if you keep it centered and modest in size. We bump error correction to High when you add a logo, which lets the code tolerate the covered area.
